PALESTINIAN KILLED AFTER VEHICULAR INCIDENT NEAR HALHOUL ON OCCUPIED WEST BANK
On Wednesday Ibrahim Samir Ibrahim Skafi, aged 22 or 23, hit two Israel's occupation forces soldiers with his car near Halhoul on occupied West Bank and after being injured in the crash, he was shot at least once and possibly several times while still in his car with Israeli occupation forces soldiers stopping Palestinian ambulance from reaching the scene. Skafi perished.
One of the occupation soldiers suffered "light", another "moderate" injuries.
Although both Israeli occupation and many Palestinian sources treat the event as an "attack", that can't be said with total certainty. Israel tends to treat all vehicular incidents between occupied Palestinians and Israeli occupiers as "attacks".
The previous death in the current uprising was that of 16 y/o Ahmed Awad Abu al-Rub near the al-Jalama checkpoint on Monday 2nd November. He was shot, according to Palestinian sources from an Israeli occupation military tower, while Israel's occupation forces claimed he was shot by occupation soldier on foot and gave the usual "acted suspiciously, drew a knife" litany.
Medical care was denied from the dying teen, whose 17 y/o friend Mahmoud Mo’men Kamil was detained.
