'PALESTINIAN COUSINS' ACCUSED OF DEADLY SHOOTING IN TEL AVIV [Graphic]

There has been a shooting in Palestine 1948's Tel Aviv, in an open-air shopping centre next to Israel's occupation forces and ministry of 'Defense' headquarters. According to different sources 3-5 people are dead.

Two men who are said to have been dressed as Orthodox Jews had opened fire at people in the centre, killing at least 3 and wounding at least 5, possibly 6.

The identity of the targeted persons is unknown at the moment. Those we have seen on photographs seem to be all adult males. There is unconfirmed claim that military personnel are among the casualties.

Israeli media is reported of having claimed that the shooters were 'Palestinian cousins'. One of the alleged shooters is said to have been captured alive, the other is, according to different sources either alive and in hospital, or dead. One of them was left laying on the ground, hand-cuffed, after apparently having been shot and wounded.

Israeli authorities are calling the shooting 'a harsh terrorist attack'. It can be assumed that Israel's government will use this incident to increase repression in the occupied territories, whether the 'Palestinian cousins' are inhabitants of 1948 Palestine or 1967 Palestine.

The wide publicity this incident is getting in global media is in stark contrast to that the killings of Palestinians by Israeli occupation receive.

JAMAL DWEIKAT(20), WOUNDED ON FRIDAY, HAS DIED

Jamal Muhammad Dweikat(20), who was wounded on Friday in Nablus by Israel's occupation forces and was claimed to have been clinically dead, has now died.

He was shot in head with a live bullet and wounded when 4000 illegal Israeli settlers and other Israeli extremists, including Knesset members, were brought by Israeli occupation forces to visit the so-called "Joseph's tomb", originally a Samaritan shrine that has no actual connection to the biblical figure.

At least nine other Palestinians were wounded as youths threw stones and empty bottles at the vehicles carrying the Israeli extremists and Israel's occupation forces opened fire at them.

Dweikat died in Tel Hashomer hospital in Palestine 1948, where he had been moved during the weekend in critical condition. Israel's occupation forces have taken control of his body and are refusing to hand it over to his father.

Jamal Dweikat had been imprisoned for three years as a teenager by the Israeli occupation. He lived in the Balata refugee camp.

HUMAN RIGHTS NGO: RAMZI AL-KASRAWI ALSO 'EXECUTED' BY ISRAELI SOLDIERS

According to Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem, Ramzi Aziz al-Kasrawi(21) who was killed alongside Abdel-Fattah al-Sharif(21) in occupied Hebron's Tel Rumeida on March 24 was also 'executed' aka murdered.

According to two eye-witnesses who act as volunteers for and were interviewed by B'Tselem, a soldier went to al-Kasrawi and shot him twice in the neck or in the head after both he and al-Sharif lay on the ground wounded after the immediate gunshots were fired and before additional occupation troops had arrived on the scene.

Photographs and video footage from the scene show blood flowing from Ramzi al-Kasrawi's head or neck.

The two eye-witnesses, Nur Abu ‘Eishah and Amani Abu ‘Eishah, have individual photographs of some of these events but not of the immediate moment of the alleged second shooting of al-Kasrawi, which would have happened 15 minutes before that of al

B'Tselem believes Israel's occupation forces has footage that covers the entire incident and could prove or disprove the allegations. B'Tselem has no access to this footage.

According to the same eye-witnesses al-Sharif was running away from soldiers when he was shot in the back - there was no immediate danger to the Israeli occupation soldiers.

Israel's occupation forces have denied the 'execution' of al-Kasrawi, but have refused to show evidence on behalf of this and the original allegation of 'stabbing'.

The 'stabbing' allegation has been increasingly questioned after the release recently of new footage showing a knife being kicked towards al-Sharif's body after he was shot in the head by Israel's occupation forces' sergeant Elor Azaria.

YOUTH SHOT ON FRIDAY BY ISRAELI OCCUPATION CLAIMED TO BE CLINICALLY DEAD

There are conflicting news about the fate of Jamal Mohammed Dweikat(20), also known as Jamal Mohammed Salman, who was shot in head with a live bullet by Israel's occupation forces on Friday morning.

Officially he is in a critical condition, but according to International Solidarity Movement's Twitter account @ISMPalestine, he is clinically dead and thus there would be no hope.

The occupation forces were escorting 15 buses carrying illegal Israeli settlers to the so-called 'Joseph's tomb' in Nablus, which has no connection to the biblical figure and is first known as a Samarian shine in the late antiquity.

These armed 'pilgrimages' by the illegal Israeli settlers always lead to clashes. This was also the case on Friday, when Jamal Dweikat was wounded along another youth.

Israel's occupation forces have said by eye-witnesses to have been shooting around randomly at youths throwing stones and empty bottles when Dweikat was wounded. He is from the Balata refugee camp.

ISRAEL'S DAILY ATTACKS AGAINST BESIEGED GAZA CONTINUE

Four Israel's occupation forces' bulldozers escorted by three tanks crossed into the besieged Gaza Strip on Wednesday morning and destroyed agricultural land.

The incursion happened east of al-Qarara in the southern Khan Younus region, where a previous incursion of similar nature had happened on Monday. On Tuesday four Israeli bulldozers destroyed land near Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza in yet another incursion

On Tuesday Israel's occupation soldiers opened fire on farmers in central Gaza, near the al-Bureij refugee camp while the farmers were working on their land. No one was injured.

Israel announced on Monday that in a unilateral action it would cut besieged Gaza's fishing zone to six nautical miles from the nine miles it had been the last two months. In the Oslo agreement the fishing zone was set at twenty nautical miles.

On the following day, on Tuesday, Israel's navy attacked Palestinian boats wounding one fisherman, capturing four and confiscating their boats. The captured fishermen are Hasan Miqdad and brothers Bashir, Khalid and Rajab Abu Riyala.

CONTROVERSIAL EXECUTIONS CARRIED OUT IN BESIEGED GAZA

In a deeply controversial and largely condemned move 3 people who had been sentenced to death for murders in the besieged Gaza Strip were executed on Tuesday without approval of the Minister of Justice or the permission of president Abbas, which both are needed to carry out capital punishment according to Palestinian law.

Arguing that Abbas presidency is invalid because of lack of elections in time, the legislative assembly in Gaza accepted the death penalties against international and domestic opposition. Fatah movement condemned the executions.

The executed are Muhammad Otham, Yousif Abu Shamla and Ahmad Sharab. Two were hanged for 'normal' murders, one was executed by a firing squad as a 'militant'.

The executions were carried out either in the police headquarters in Gaza City or in the Central Prison according to different sources, out of the eye of the public.

The Palestinian legal system is based on the British colonial law from 1920 to 1948, with Jordan's law from that point until 1967 recognized in East Jerusalem and West Bank, and Egypt's in the Gaza Strip, with modifications since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority.

Hanan Ashrawi, member of Executive Committee of the PLO, has called for the abolition of the death penalty. According to her: “Capital punishment is a rejected practice, legally and on the humanitarian level... Executions also cause further internal divisions and increase tension.”

As Israel is planning to introduce death penalty solely to be used against Palestinians in its military courts in the occupied territories, use of death penalty in Gaza can be seen affecting negatively the fight against Israel's planned Jim Crow law.

Argument used in support of the executions, that "the enforcement of court verdicts is a legal duty to protect the social fabric" and that they were “meant to deter those who may think of committing such crimes” has been proven wrong everywhere around the globe.

VIDEO SHOWS MANIPULATION OF THE CRIME SCENE AFTER MURDER OF ABDEL-FATTAH AL-SHARIF IN HEBRON

New video shows manipulation of and possible planting of a knife on the scene after Abdel-Fattah al-Sharif(21) and Ramzi Aziz al-Qasrawi(20) shot in Hebron's Tel Rumeida March 24.

The video shows a knife laying on the ground being driven over by an ambulance and then being kicked closer to al-Sharif's body by illegal Israeli settler and medic Ofer Ohanna.

This happened after al-Sharif had been shot in head by Israel's occupation forces medic, corporal Elor Azaria(19) when al-Sharif lay unable to move on the ground.

Ohanna had goaded Azaria to kill the wounded Abdel-Fattah al-Sharif, but Azaria, like a "good soldier" had asked his on-site commander permission to kill the wounded al-Sharif, who had no way of defending himself and had already been denied medical aid in contravention to international law and Israel's occupation forces own rules.

What happened was a murder and a war crime and this video shows an attempt to to manipulate the crime scene afterwards. Azaria has tried to claim that he 'saw' al-Sharif moving his hand towards a knife before he shot him in the head - but this video shows that the knife was nowhere near the wounded youth.
