TEENAGER KILLED IN OCCUPIED EAST JERUSALEM'S SILWAN BY ISRAEL

TEENAGER KILLED IN OCCUPIED EAST JERUSALEM'S SILWAN BY ISRAEL

Israel's occupation forces have shot & killed Ayman Samih Al-Abbasi, aged at most 18, late on this evening in Ras al-Amud in East Jerusalem.

Ayman al-Abbasi, from Silwan, was a former political prisoner, released on February 5th this year after 1.5 years imprisonment; he had also been under house arrest for ten months. In different sources his age has been given as between 15-18; most sources say he was aged 17 or 18.
His brother Mohammed(21) was sentenced 7 1/2 years imprisonment by the Israeli occupation at the same time as he and is still in occupation prison.

Ayman al-Abbasi was shot in chest during clashes between local youths and Israel's occupation forces near illegal Israeli colony outpost.

At some point the Israel's occupation besieged the local medical centre in an effort to gain access to the wounded taken there.

At this point there is confusion in the chronology of the events; one source says that Israel's occupation forces besieged the medical centre in an effort to kidnap the then still living al-Abbasi.

Another youth was shot in head and is in hospital in "a very serious condition".

PALESTINIAN MAN DIES AFTER BEING SHOT, LEFT WITHOUT MEDICAL AID BY ISRAELI OCCUPATION IN E. JERUSALEM

PALESTINIAN MAN DIES AFTER BEING SHOT, LEFT WITHOUT MEDICAL AID BY ISRAELI OCCUPATION IN E. JERUSALEM

Baseem Abdul-Rahman Mustafa Salah(38) from Nablus in occupied West Bank was shot eleven times and left to die without medical aid by Israel's occupation forces today in Palestine's occupied capital of East Jerusalem, near the Damascus Gate.

Israeli occupation claims that he would have "shouted 'Allahu Akbar'" and stabbed an Israeli occupation policeman in neck.

The allegedly stabbed occupation policeman is in "light to moderate condition" in hospital and based on Israeli occupation's previous reporting scale, any injury is likely to be very minor.

No injury justifies the denial of medical aid to people, not in conflicts or outside them, and this always represents a crime. As usual, while Israel's occupation refused medical aid for him, they stripped him to his underpants.

A mere minor tear in uniform was described as "light injury" and excuse in a recent occupied Hebron killing of a 16 y/o girl by Israel's occupation forces soldier.

Israeli occupation claims that an illegal Israeli settler was stabbed and wounded in another occupied E. Jerusalem incident, in which supposed 'attacker' was detained. Again, the claimed injury is described as "mild" by Israeli occupation representative.

Elsehere on the occupied territories at least 12 Palestinians were shot and wounded by Israeli occupation and 50 others suffered effects from tear gas inhalation.

Near Hawara south of Nablus Israel's occupation soldier on motorbike crashed on a road and was hit by a truck, dying on the scene. It can be expected that Israel will soon claim that he was driven over 'deliberately'.

TWO PALESTINIANS KILLED BY ISRAELI OCCUPATION ON FRIDAY, INCLUDING BROTHER OF MAN KILLED ON SUNDAY

TWO PALESTINIANS KILLED BY ISRAELI OCCUPATION ON FRIDAY, INCLUDING BROTHER OF MAN KILLED ON SUNDAY

On Sunday Shadi Muhammad Mahmoud Khasib(32) was shot and killed by illegal Israeli settler near the illegal colony of Kafr Adumim on occupied West Bank after he allegedly "rammed" his car into another vehicle and "came out with a knife".
On Friday, his brother Fadi Muhammad Mahmoud Khasib(25) was shot by illegal Israeli settler near the illegal colony of Kafr Adumim after he allegedly hit two Israel's occupation soldiers with his car and supposedly "lightly injured" them.

Fadi Khasib was left to bleed to death without being given medical aid. The placement of his body well away from his car and the road implies that he was shot in the back by while trying to escape.

This denial of medical aid is a war crime, but something that is treated as 'normal' by 'Western' media when it deigns to report at all about Israeli killings of Palestinians. Inhuman, criminal behaviour becomes accepted when Palestinians are being left to die in the name of Israel.

Was this incident co-incidence or attempt at revenge by Fadi Khasib? Certainly its evidence of the brutal and duplicitous nature of Israeli occupation, under which Palestinians can be and are killed without punishment after minor incidents by armed Israeli "civilians" acting as militia in support of the occupation.

Both brothers were married and had children. Fadi lived in Ein Misbah.

Later on Friday afternoon teenager Omar Arafat Issa al Zaaqiq(19) was shot and killed in his car by Israel's occupation forces soldiers at the entrance to the village of Beit Ummar on West Bank.

Israeli occupation claimed that he had deliberately driven at Israeli occupation soldiers on the gravel road and would have injured five or six of them, with four "moderately" and rest "lightly".

Based on the scene, the car could not have travelled very fast. On the bench beside with al-Zaaqiq was a flag of Palestine. He was unarmed and posed no harm to the occupation soldiers at least after his car had stopped.

Like Fadi Khasib, Omar al-Zaaqiq was left to bleed to death on the scene by Israel's occupation forces, which, while not giving him first aid were still capable of stripping his clothes off.

The idea that Israel and Jewish Israelis can't commit war crimes by like this just because Israel claims to be Jewish is deeply rooted in 'Western' thinking and reflected in the mainstream media's portrayal of events. This extreme philosemitism is a mirror image of antisemitism - claimed identity, not actions, matter.

Israel's occupation forces closed all entrances to the village after the incident, which according to local source happened after Israel's occupation forces had blocked local people from getting to a funeral that was taking place.

Commenting: No Big Bang? Quantum equation predicts universe has no beginning

The Steady-State Model which competed with Big Bang model 1948-1965 proposed a universe with no end or beginning - or change. Of course, it was wrong. Many multiverse theories now popular basically propose the same on larger scale; although there would have been, at some point, "first universe" it would be basically so far "back" that the multiverse might as well been forever (although this simplifies things, as there would be no unified time for them all).

But, if we accept universe coming into existence from nothing we face the conundrum of absolute nothing giving birth to the universe and the question of (although many physicists consider this a question that won't need to be answered, anymore than theologians where God was or did before the creation of the universe) where the nothingness itself came, because to get universe out of nothing still demands physical laws operating.

We also tend to think of time as linear (the idea of creation of universe from chaos and linear time until its end, with it dissolving back into chaos goes back at least to the Egyptians), which makes us predisposed to think that there must be a beginning and an end. It seems that this particular new theory implies a kind of resurrection of Steady-State model, but based on what little they say of the details I think its implied that universe would have existed in a very much different shape in that period they put in place of the singularity of the Big Bang.

PALESTINIAN BLOOD STILL CHEAP TO ISRAEL: DEATHS DURING THE CURRENT UPRISING NOW OVER 100

PALESTINIAN BLOOD STILL CHEAP TO ISRAEL: DEATHS DURING THE CURRENT UPRISING NOW OVER 100

Three Palestinians were killed on Thursday by Israel's occupation forces on the West Bank, bringing the deaths during the current uprising to over one hundred.

Israeli occupation forces invaded the small town of Qatanna northwest of occupied East Jerusalem at dawn, ransacking homes and arresting several people, which led to clashes with local youths.
During the resistance by the youths Yahya Yusri Taha(21) was shot in head by occupation soldier and left to bleed for 1 1/2 hours without medical aid, as Israeli occupation forces soldiers stopped Palestinian medics from reaching him and refused to give him first aid themselves.

When Palestinian ambulance was finally able to reach him, he was in extremely critical condition and died soon after reaching Taha hospital.

After his funeral in the evening, Israel's occupation forces attacked the mourners wounding 16 people.

During the afternoon 51 y/o Samer Hasan Seriesi was shot in Za'tara military block south of Nablus by Israel's occupation forces after he has exited a taxi cab or his own car (Israeli occupation claims the former, one Palestinian source the latter).
Israeli occupation didn't allow Palestinian medics to reach him, detaining an ambulance sent for him and Israeli occupation medics watched him bleed to death without doing anything at all to help him.

Israeli occupation claimed that Seriesi "had a knife" and had "ran towards a soldier"; Palestinian eye-witnesses dismiss this claim; according to one claim Seriesi's physical condition made it impossible for him to run.

Third victim of the day was Khalid Mahmoud al-Jawabreh, 19 y/o who was early in the evening shot twice in stomach in al-Arrub refugee camp by Israel's occupation forces, which claimed that he had unlit Molotov cocktail at his hand and that sniper shooting him "had thwarted a threat".

Israeli occupation has closed the main entrance to al-Arrub to ease the passage of illegal Israeli settlers on a major road running past it, and Israel's occupation forces have taken control of all other entrances to it, leading to continued clashes.

Palestinian ambulance had difficulty reaching al-Jawabreh as a result of this siege of the refugee camp by the occupation. He was taken to the al-Ahli hospital in Hebron, where he died only half an hour after arrival.

Elsewhere on the occupied West Bank five Palestinians were wounded as Israeli occupation forces raided al-Fawwar refugee camp, where Muhammad Shubaki(19), the teenager killed yesterday by Israeli occupation, lived. Israeli occupation forces fired from people at rooftops, with one of the wounded being shot in stomach.

Even according to the most conservative estimate, the number of Palestinian deaths during the uprising is now 102. This number doesn't include several deaths due to previous wounds, medical negligence during imprisonment, several otherwise contentious deaths nor any deaths prior to 1st October.

TWO TEENAGERS DEAD AS A RESULT OF THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION ON WEDNESDAY

TWO TEENAGERS DEAD AS A RESULT OF THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION ON WEDNESDAY

Wednesday saw the death of two Palestinian teenagers as a result of the Israeli occupation violence.

Muhammad Ismail Shubaki(19) was shot and wounded near the Beit Fawwar refugee on occupied West Bank's South Hebron Hills by Israel's occupation soldiers, after allegedly stabbing and wounding "moderately" one Israeli occupation soldier.

He was denied medical aid as he lay on the ground, with Palestinian medics not allowed to reach him and Israeli soldiers not giving him first aid themselves. Instead, Israeli occupation soldiers are claimed to have demanded him to say "Who sent him?"

He was still alive when eventually taken away in an Israeli ambulance, but died soon after arrival in an Israeli hospital.

Israeli occupation has been taking wounded Palestinians accused of 'attacks' into Israeli hospitals instead of allowing them to be taken to closer Palestinian hospitals, which may have played a role in some cases when it comes to chances of survival.

Shubaki was a student in the Palestine Technical College near al-Arrub refugee camp.

After his death Israeli occupation closed the Beit Fawwar junction and fired at Palestinian protestors.

The second death was that of 16 y/o Ibrahim Abdul-Hamid Dawood, who was shot on November 13 by Israel's occupation forces, with two bullets damaging his heart. He succumbed to his wounds after surviving for twelve days.

Dawood was from the village of Deer Ghassan. He went through several surgeries in an effort to save his life.

THREE TEENS AGED 16 KILLED ON MONDAY BY THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION

THREE TEENS AGED 16 KILLED ON MONDAY BY THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION

The tragedies that befall occupied Palestine's youth today are often rooted in family histories; during the long occupation old tragedies have become the seeds of new ones.

After months in coma after being shot in head by Israel's occupation forces, Mahmoud Awad died aged 22 on November 28th 2013.

Almost two years later, today, his younger sister Hadeel Wajih Awad, aged 15 or 16, and her 14 y/o her cousin Norhan Awad tried to stab with scissors, in an apparent error, an elderly Palestinian man in occupied East Jerusalem, lightly injuring him and another man trying to stop them.

Escaping the scene, they were cornered by Israel's occupation forces, which - or in some versions, "security guards" - shot them both several times, including when they were already on the ground.

Hadeel died on the scene, her cousin Norhan is in critical condition in hospital after having been shot twice in stomach and a stray bullet hit an illegal Israeli settler, injuring him slightly in hand.

Two later incidents also took the lives of 16 y/o youths:

In a gas station near Ramallah, along Route 443 on occupied West Bank, 16 y/o Ahmed Jamal Taha approached and stabbed an Israeli occupation forces soldier and was shot and killed. He was from Qutna village.

The stabbed Israeli occupation soldier Ziv Mizrahi(20) died beside Taha's body. Photo shows Israeli soldier crying on the scene, but the occupation forces were not too busy trying to help their comrade or mourning him that they could not try to take away Ahmed's dignity by taking off his clothes.

In Huwwara checkpoint Alaa Khalil Sabah Hashah(16) was shot at least ten times by Israel's occupation forces after allegedly "drawing a knife".

Alaa died on the scene and Samah Abd al-Mumen Ahmad, sitting nearby in her car, was also hit, in head, by Israel's occupation forces' bullets and remains in critical condition. She is from Ammuriya village.

Teenager Ashraqat Taha Ahmad Qatanani(16) from Nablus was driven over at Israel's occupation forces checkpoint in Huwwara by illegal Israeli settler Gershon Mesika, former leader of council of Israel's illegal colonies in northern part of the occupied West Bank.

As the injured teenage girl was laying on the ground after the car attack, Mesika got out of his car and he, along with Israel's occupation forces shot and possibly another illegal Israeli settler, shot her to death while she posed no danger.

The former illegal colony leader claimed that he had somehow known that the teen would be trying to 'attack' Israel's occupation forces checkpoint and had driven over and shot her because of this.

A kitchen knife is seen on photos beside the girl's body later, but her bag is still closed on the ground and there is no independent verification that she actually had a knife and that it was not planted later on to "justify" the killing.

Less than hour later taxi driver Shadi Hassib / Khseib(32) from Beit Fajjar was shot dead by an illegal Israeli settler near the illegal colony of Kfar Adumin.

Israeli occupation and illegal settlers claim that he would have left his car after "running it" into another car and "coming out with a knife" and would have been killed because of this (a "crime" for which no illegal Israeli settler or Jewish citizen of Israel would expect themselves to be killed for).

According to a Palestinian source, Hassib had been involved in a minor car accident and had gotten out of his car to inspect damage when he was killed. No photos from the scene have so far shown any evidence of a knife or that he would have "ran" his car into another vehicle.

After being shot, Hassib was undressed by the Israeli occupation; this is an almost standard procedure by Israel's occupation forces and is intended to humiliate a dying victim - or a deceased one even in death and his or her family.

Later on the afternoon Issa Thawabta, aged 31 or 34, was killed near illegal Israeli colony bloc of Gush Etzion after allegedly "stabbing" 20 or 21 y/o illegal Israeli settler or soldier (sources differ on this identification). The allegedly stabbed Israeli was said by Israeli occupation to have been "moderately" injured, but later came news that she had died.

Israeli occupation officials have today decided to further restrict movement of Palestians in the illegal Gush Etzion colony bloc and build new fences to protect illegal settlers from the consequences of living on occupied land.

22 y/o Palestinian citizen of Israel, whose name has been given as Fadi Hoosh, died on Friday in his burning car in the garbage dump of town of Kfar Kanna in Galilee, Palestine 1948. According to alleged eye-witnesses he would have been beaten and forced inside the car by Israeli Jewish youths, who then set it on fire from the inside.

Jack Vance was politically far-right, he was a racist and non-apologetic about it: Non- "white" people were not fully human to him and his works reflect this. All his alien species are basically just racist stereotypes, simplifications of Earthly ethnic groups and cultures through his own racist vision.

This is even now not uncommon among US of A authors of fantastic fiction; to them "Americans" = "Humans", non-"Americans" = "Aliens" is pretty much standard fare, any other country like an alien planet which they are incapable of comprehending but as a distorted, stereotypical simplification while their own "all-American" characters are "universal humanity" to them. Even those authors claimed as "progressive" or "left-wing" in US of A terms (meaning a bit more moderate members of the right-wing) tend to share this, including the few coming from among the minorities.

There's no reason to sugar coat this or find excuses for it, anymore than to racism in the works of authors like Philip Roth among the mainstream USA literature. Its just what he was and what his work has saved of his person and worldview. Either you accept this as part of Vance's character and work without accepting his "values" or you move past him and read something else.

But then you pretty much has to move past the everything written in the United States of central north-America, because under almost of their literature lies this racism that is bred and kept up by their inability to understand the world, of anything different from the "American" existence as spoon-fed to them from the womb on-wards.

A chasm separates them from humanity.

ONE KILLED BY ISRAEL DURING KIDNAPPING OF PATIENT FROM OCCUPIED HEBRON HOSPITAL

ONE KILLED BY ISRAEL DURING KIDNAPPING OF PATIENT FROM OCCUPIED HEBRON HOSPITAL

At 04:00 on Thursday morning between 16-21 undercover members of Israel's occupation forces entered Hebron's al-Ahli hospital's surgery unit to kidnap Azzam Ezzat Shalaldah(20), who had been shot in chest and head and critically wounded by illegal Israeli settler on 25 Oct, who claimed that Azzam Shalaldah had "stabbed" him.

The 58 y/o illegal Israeli settler suffered "light injury" in that alleged incident; according to eye-witnesses Azzam was not the man who injured the illegal Israeli settler and had been only working nearby field, where illegal Israeli settlers had entered after the "stabbing".

The occupation forces had dressed themselves as Palestinians; some pretended to be elderly, one a pregnant woman. This kind of behaviour by occupation forces', the use of civilian clothes, borders on war crime.

Entering Azzam's room, Israel's occupation forces hand-cuffed Azzam's brother who was present in the room and shot their cousin Abdullah Azzam Shalaldah(27 or 28) four times as he entered the room, returning from a bathroom visit.

He died on the scene from wounds in head and chest and the occupation forces took Azzam with them, who himself - based on an unconfirmed claim - might have been shot and wounded again during the attack by Israel's occupation forces.

Israel's occupation forces' representative has tried to "justify" the killing by claiming that members of Shalaldah family "are well-known Hamas operatives".

Abdullah Shalaldah left behind his 1 y/o son, Azzam.
