THE WHITEWASHING OF THE KILLINGS OF MAHMOUD BADRAN(15) AND MOHAMMED KOSBA(17)

THE WHITEWASHING OF THE KILLINGS OF MAHMOUD BADRAN(15) AND MOHAMMED KOSBA(17)

This is how the Israeli occupation works, taking the lives of Palestinian children and whitewashing their murders:

15 year old Mahmoud Badran was killed by Israel's occupation forces while returning from late swimming trip with his brothers and friends on June 20th.

The car on which he was on as a passenger was shot 15 times and the teenagers in it were denied medical care for an extended period. The others in the car were all seriously wounded.

According to Israel's occupation forces, his killing was "a mistake".

"The internal inquiry into the incident was conducted by none other
than the commander of the Binyamin Brigade, Col. Yisrael Shomer. About a year ago, this same Colonel Shomer shot teenager Mohammad Kosba because he suspected the boy of having thrown stones at his vehicle. He chased Kosba, shot him three times from behind, hitting him in the upper body each time, and killing him. The IDF decided not to put him on trial, or even to remove him from his post."

Haaretz editorial, June 24th 2016.

Mohammed Kosba was 17 years old. Israel's occupation forces already had killed two of his brothers, Yasser(10) and Samer(15).

We must wonder when those now whitewashed by Yisrael Shomer - who lives in an illegal colony on the occupied West Bank - will themselves be called to whitewash another fellow killer or killers in Israel's occupation forces uniform?
