COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT AND PIRACY: A DAY IN BESIEGED GAZA

Yesterday Israel's occupation forces attacked besieged Gaza Strip for several hours with artillery and air strikes.
After the attacks had ended, Israel hijacked the Freedom Flotilla ship Zaytouna and it's 13 member all-female crow when they were few hours from the coast of Gaza.

ATTACKS AND PIRACY

Israel, which attacks the tiny coastal enclave on a daily basis, claimed the attacks to Gaza to be a 'response' after a small rocket launched by a minor Salafist group Ahfad al-Sahaba hit the ethnically cleansed town of Sderot in Palestine 1948.
The 'response' targeted Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades positions, naval police headquarters and agricultural areas, but not Ahfad al-Sahaba. Overall some thirty rockets and shells were fired at least seven different locations. No injuries were reported.
As the attack ended, Zaytouna was stopped with 'warning shots', it's crew captured and the sailing boat taken to the ethnically cleansed port of Ashdod. Some sources in and out of Gaza claimed the attack on Gaza to be partly a diversion to take attention from the act of piracy on international waters.
It ended up being a costly 'response' for the occupier, when one F-16 jet fighter returning from bombing Gaza crashed at the Ramon air base in Negev. Both pilots ejected, apparently at a low altitude, with one of them dying and the other one being injured.

COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT

Just like when Fatah controlled Gaza 2005-2007, the occupier Israel claims that Hamas is 'responsible' all activities of armed factions and uses this as an excuse to attack Hamas' armed wing, public buildings and to terrorize the whole population of Gaza as an act of collective punishment.
Again we repeat the fact that Israel itself attacks Gaza's farmers, shepherds and fishermen on what is basically a daily basis.
In only the twisted 'logic' of the occupier and it's supporters, the idea of it 'responding' to a hole in asphalt about fifty centimeters in length and twenty centimeters in depth while itself committing daily attacks makes 'sense'.
