Israel Ignores the Lessons of History

I find it curious that suicide bombers are describes in so appalling
terms. What is it that makes it easier to accept a massacre
committed by missiles launched from helicopter or by cruise
missiles launched from ships hundreds of kilometers away?
After all, these come as much without warning to the victims.

And one has to remember that suicide bombs have their uses; if the
failed bomb strikes against Adolf Hitler in 1939 and 1944 would
have been suicide attacks, like the latter was at one point planned
to be, he would have died and not survived.
