Don't blame Arafat
Camp David failed because Israeli hardliners manipulated intelligence.

Well, I have been reading some of this before, and correct claim would be
"Camp David failed because Israeli HARDLINER manipulated intellihence."

What presidents and prime ministers usually in any country seem to take
for granted is that they never have to keep their promises.

And really the man to blame for the failure is Clinton. He was - even
according to the Israeli negotiators - more pro-Israel than the Israelis
themselves, which hardly helped his role as mediator.
